“Eric Avery, a celebrated printmaker and also a full-time practicing physician, will discuss his art/medicine projects on February 25th at 6:00 p.m. These include the newly commissioned installation currently on view at The Print Center as part of Philagrafika 2010: The Graphic Unconscious as well as other projects he has installed at Mary Ryan Gallery (New York, NY), the Contemporary Art Museum (Houston, TX), Fogg Art Museum (Cambridge, MA) and Corcoran Art Gallery (Washington D.C.)”
