Learn what every photographer working today needs to know about essential issues of photography and copyright in a digital age. Panelists include Nancy E. Wolff, Lawyer and Partner at Cowan, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard, who specializes in intellectual property and digital media law; Eileen Flanagan, Licensing Director of Magnum Photos and former National President of the American Society of Picture Professionals, with a long history of experience in the photo licensing business including Corbis, Getty Images, and the Chicago Historical Society; as well as photographer-turned-industry-advocate Lou Lesko. Moderated by Michelle Bogre, Associate Professor of Photography at Parsons The New School for Design.

This event is part of the series Confounding Expectations: Photography in Context in collaboration with the Vera List Center for Art and Politics and Parsons The New School for Design.
