I first met John in 1980 when I joined the staff of The Friends of Photography and John was working for our board Chair, Ansel Adams.  John played a crucial role in the Ansel Adams Workshop, a tireless instructor with boundless energy.  A gifted photographer and teacher, John went on to launch his own workshop programs, sharing his passion for the craft and aesthetics of our medium.   2010 marks the twentieth year of the John Sexton Photography Workshops.  Congratulations, John!
