This program will feature a talk by Daniel Dixon, son of Dorothea Lange, who has been a frequent speaker on her life and work as well as that of his father, the noted painter, Maynard Dixon.
He will discuss many of Lange’s iconic images as well as less frequently seen photographs. His wife, Dixie Dixon, will serve as the voice of Dorothea Lange as he discusses photography as a universal language.
This program is free and seating is limited. Tickets are available through the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office at 404-733-5000 and online at www.high.org. Tickets to the Museum are sold separately.
