This Weekend is Your LAST CHANCE to Register Before the Meeting Place Lottery
Meeting Place Registration forms must be received by Monday, July 13, 2009.
Registration forms must be completed and sent to FotoFest by regular mail or fax. NO phone, e-mail, or walk-in registrations are accepted. July 13 is not a postmark deadline – forms must be received by that date.
On the morning of Tuesday, July 14, 2009, FotoFest conducts a lottery for Meeting Place Registrations. All registration received before the lottery have an equal chance for acceptance.
Registrations that are not chosen in the lottery will be added to the waiting list in the order in which they are received. Meeting Place registrations received after July 13, 2009 are still eligible and are placed on the waiting list in the order in which they are received.
Registration for the 2010 Meeting Place is nearly at capacity. Register now to ensure your entry in the lottery.
