Wolff is a partner at the entertainment law firm of Cown, DeBaets, Abrahams & Sheppard in New York City. Her recent book The Professional Photographer’s Legal Handbook is a remarkable resource devoted to all sorts of legal issues dealing with copyright and trademark law in the imagery profession, as well as laws of privacy and publicity. She is the author of the “Professional Photographer’s Legal Handbook” (Allworth Press, 2007), a remarkable resource devoted to all sorts of legal issues dealing with copyright and trademark law in the imagery profession, as well as laws of privacy and publicity.
