Pictures of the Year International will hold its annual education and awards program in the San Francisco Bay area on Friday, April 27 and Saturday, April 28. The two-day program will include six presentations from the premier award recipients, a panel discussion on the evolution of multimedia, a Fotovision cooperative presentation by Alex and Rebecca Webb, two POYi slide shows and the prestigious awards ceremony.
